Weekly Eastern Region Breaking Stock
Prices are steady to lower for breaking stock, lower for checks and
undergrades. Trade sentiment is steady to weak. Offerings are
moderate for a light to moderate demand. Supplies are fully adequate
for reduced holiday breaking schedules. Market activity is slow. The
National breaking stock inventory is 4.5% higher when compared to a week
ago.
Prices in cents per dozen, delivered to breakers, 48 lb. minimum net weight
per 30 dozen case, eggs from table egg layers. Packaging may vary.
