Prices are trending firm for boneless skinless breasts, tenders and wings;
steady to firm for dark meat items and bone-in breasts. Trucklot buying
activity is moderate to good entering the weekend. Offerings of boneless
skinless breasts and tenders are tight to short and commanding premiums;
wings and most dark meat cuts are light to moderate with leg quarters
clearing well due to renewed export interest. Thighs and thigh meat
are in close balance. Market activity is moderate to active.
